In these databases users can obtain information on Codex numerical standards for food additives, and maximum limits for residues of veterinary drugs and pesticides.
Pesticides Residues in Foods and Feeds Database
In this database users can obtain information on Codex maximum residue limits (MRLs) and Codex extraneous maximum residue limits (EMRLs) for pesticide / commodity combinations. Names and definitions of commodities are found in the Classification of foods and animal feeds (CXA 4-1989).
Veterinary Drug Residues in Foods Database
In this database, users can obtain information on maximum residue limits (MRLs) and risk management recommendations (RMRs) for residues of veterinary drugs in foods. Users can also search for veterinary drugs within a functional class.
General Standard for Food Additives Database
This database provides, in a searchable format, all the provisions for food additives that have been adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
Provisions are searchable by food additive (name, synonym, INS number), by functional class, and by food category, as described in Annex B of the GSFA.
