Challenges to the Use of Codex Texts

Review the obstacles Members report in applying Codex texts — from keeping up with changes to Codex texts, to the length of the development and national implementation processes, to the relevance of the texts in a national context. Results are shown for every survey year, both by region and by income level, so that persistent and emerging barriers can be identified over time.
